• I understand that there is an access membership fee into Forcing Change of $120.00 US each year, or $60.00 semi-annually, or $30.00 quarterly, or $10.00 monthly depending upon the duration I have chosen and that my PayPal account will be debited automatically according to the duration I have chosen upon filling out my application.   
• I understand that under no circumstances are refunds allowed due to the nature of the product being presented in a downloadble elctronic format.
• I understand that the text products including the monthly issues of Forcing Change are in PDF format and that I can download the needed reader or media software in the FC "Downloadable Links" for free in the membership section.
• I am at least 18 years of age.
• I understand that it is forbidden to use false contact and/or payment information, including false e-mail accounts.

It is essential that all potential Forcing Change users read and understand the Forcing Change Privacy Policy.

Globalization International/Forcing Change will not sell, lease, loan, lend, share or release in any other way the personal information of Forcing Change access members.

The information you provide in establishing an access-membership will only be used in conducting the necessary payment transactions and in providing a basis of contact between Globalization International/Forcing Change and yourself as a valued FC member. This contact may include Forcing Change site change notifications, new FC issue releases, and other specialized information deemed important to maintaining the relationship between FC members and Forcing Change. 

For each visitor to Forcing Change, our web server does not collect or recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address of said visitor.  However, we do collect the e-mail addresses of visitors who voluntarily and directly communicate with us via e-mail, providing a contact basis for future dialogue, product promotion, and pertinent Forcing Change information releases. Furthermore, non-user specific aggregate information may be collected such as total site hits, tallied pages accessed or visited, along with aggregate and specific product download counts. Any such information collected may be analyzed in order to ascertain proper product placement, overall user availability, potential market actions, site content improvements, and/or layout changes to the Forcing Change website. This aggregate information may also be used in technical trouble-shooting in the case of possible web page and product download problems. 

Forcing Change does not use or employ spy-ware, adware, or any other hidden third party data collection or user-computer access software.

NOTE: Forcing Change cannot varify or guaranty the privacy and/or non-employment of third party collection/access systems in any linked site outside the immediate Forcing Change webpage. This includes links to other sites of interest, off-FC linked headline feeds, downloadable programs on linked non-FC webpages, or any Forcing Change-suggested bookstore affiliates and/or partners. While Forcing Change remains confident regarding the quality of the FC directed links and off-FC website affiliates (such as Amazon), Forcing Change cannot be held liable for any privacy breaches and/or quality issues associated beyond the FC system.
